We want you to be confident in your interview prep. If you're not satisfied with your ShiftPrep subscription for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase or renewal date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for our orders.

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your purchase using the email you used at checkout.
  2. Request a refund directly through the Paddle portal, or
  3. Email us at 76georgechirac@gmail.com and we'll initiate the refund on your behalf.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
